Refund & Return Policy

Sens System UAB provides instant delivery of digital items for Dota 2. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as digital items are handled differently from physical products.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on our platform are digital Dota 2 skins and are delivered directly to the Steam account provided at checkout. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Sens System UAB will review each request and determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund. The User will be notified of the decision within a reasonable time. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted if the User has used or transferred the purchased virtual goods. Refunds will only be processed in cases where Sens System UAB is at fault due to service errors or technical issues beyond the User’s control. Any attempts to abuse the refund policy, including providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity, may result in termination of the User’s account and potential legal action.

3. Failed Deliveries or Errors

If an item has not been delivered or was sent to the wrong account due to a system error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@loot-depot.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

4. Refunds Due to Buyer Error

Refunds will not be issued for mistakes made by the buyer, such as entering an incorrect Steam ID or Trade URL. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all account details are accurate before completing the order.

5. Fraud Prevention

Sens System UAB reserves the right to deny any refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms of service.
